LCHIP PROJECT MAP

LCHIP strengthens New Hampshire communities by preserving the historic buildings and natural landscapes that define their character and connect people to place. By investing in both land conservation and historic preservation, LCHIP supports local economies, fosters civic pride, and helps communities retain their unique identity. Since 2001, LCHIP has partnered with more than 320 organizations to complete more than 600 conservation and preservation projects – projects that reflect the rich heritage and enduring values of the Granite State.
